I made the Kidspace banner thinner
I am thinkning about the right column how it can be shaped. Content in the right column is taken from a normal node. So you cna edit that content easily.
I wonder if the main page right column should have just latest comment, latest node content
The photos of the kids can be moved to "Kid center" to attract more kids to that page. I will try that. Let me know what you think about it,
The the project nodes right column should have direct links to project centers, important help pages etc.
On the top we keep the latest images uploaded to the nodes.
Btw, I see that Kidspace does not look ok in Explorer 8. I have to work on this.

I got a look to the Kidspace banner.
I'm using IE version 9 and it works well.
I have a proposal to get "Kidspace Login" and "Project Management" more visible in the two banners: each their characters should be sorrounded ("circondati" I mean) by a little border in black colour. Stellan, what about an attempt?
