All I Have a Dream projects will be judged on the award criteria according to the rubric below by a special team of Kidlink youth and education specialists. The top 5 scoring dream projects in the funded and nonfunded categories will then be posted for all I Have a Dream participants to vote for the final awards in each category.

Criteria 0-3 points 4-7 points 8-10 points points gained
1. The dream team participants represent a variety of countries, ages and languages. Most of the dream team participants represent one country, are of the same age and speak the same language. The dream team participants represent a variety of countries, ages and languages. The dream team participants represent many countries, include many age groups and speak many languages.
2. The dream project goals are represented as realistic and significant The dream team does not promote their dream plan convincingly. The dream team does a moderate job of promoting their dream plan. The dream team presents a strong argument for a realistic and significant dream project.
3. The dream team used imagination and creativity in their plan. The dream team did not develop any new ideas but only used ideas they found from others. The dream team imitated other successful plans and added on their own ideas. The dream team developed completely new and original ideas in their dream plan.
4. The dream team worked collaboratively in their dream plan development and implementation.
