Subject: [KIDPROJ] landmark letter intro University School
We are from Ft. Lauderdale, a major city on the east coast of Florida. Our neighbor to the North is West Palm Beach and to the South is Miami. Ft. Lauderdale is known as the Venice of America because of all the intercoastal waterways located throughout the city and all of the boats. Our 7th grade geography class at the University School is located on Nova Southestern University's campus. We are part of a large private college. Our favorite football team is the Miami Dolphins. Even though they play in Miami they practice in a facility right next to our school. We just took the National Geographic Geography Bee-hope to compete against some of you! Good luck in the Landmark Game.
