To: KIDPROJ@LISTSERV.NODAK.EDU

Hi,
We are a group of 30 students from IES Parc de l'Escorxador in Barcelona. It's not our first time we are in the game but we are as excited as if it were. We have many classmates ready to help in this wonderful game.
Our school has 750 students from 12 to 18. It's a nice and modern building. It's near a park that has a Joan Miro's statue called "Dona i ocell" that means Woman and bird but in Catalan which is te language spoken in Catalunya apart from Spanish.

Barcelona is in the north east coast of Spain. It's surrounded by the sea and mountains. It's a quite crowded city but we like living here.
There is always things to do. It's very difficult to be bored. If you get tired of the city there are many villages near where you can relax.
Barcelona has many things to offer visitors. The cathedral, Sagrada Familia (church by Gaudi), modernist houses, Olympic square, The new and the old harbor and many others.
You are welcome to visit it.
Our teacher of English is Carmen Fonseca. She enjoys the game too.
Good luck with the landmark
