Hi everybody!

Here are the 15 girls and 14 boys of class 3A, aged between 12 and 13. We go to a secondary school, (called "Gymnasium" in Austria). We are 540 students and 60 teachers who share a 100-year old schoolhouse. We have a great form teacher who teaches us Maths and Gym (for the boys). His name is Rudi Seltenreich and he loves to sing and make jokes. Our nickname for him is "Selti". Besides all the regular subjects, we started to study Latin this year. Here is some information about our city: Vienna is the capital of Austria and has almost 2 million inhabitants. Our school is in the 13th district, near Schoenbrunn castle. Our most famous landmark is St. Stephen's Cathedral, a beautiful gothic church. We also have a very big "Ferris wheel" which is fun to ride because you can see almost the whole city from the top. The river that flows through Vienna on its way to Budapest, Hungary is the Rive Danube.

We look forward to hear from you.

Yours,

Girls and Boys of class 3A
