Subject: [KIDPROJ] Landmark Game Introduction Letter
Hi to all fellow participants from Melfort, Saskatchewan, Canada.
We are a Grade 4 Class of 24 students. Our school is Brunswick Elementary School and has 290 students. We enjoy playing intramural sports and favorite activities include: hockey, reading and swimming.
Melfort is a small city in Saskachewan. It is an agricultural community found in the Northeast Parkland belt. We have a continental climate with distinct seasons (although last night was a little too distinct minus 35 degrees Celsius). Our community has restaurants, a mall, the parks have evergreen trees and the centre of activity is the Northern Lights Palace where we play hockey and swim. Our city's motto is "City of Northern Lights". (If you are unfamiliar with Northern Lights there is a great web site at http://www.exploratorium.edu/learning_studio/auroras/). Simply put Melfort is a "really nice place to live".
We are new to the Landmark Game and looking forward to the challenge. Good luck with the game!
