More Icelandic Grandmother entries
We are two Icelandic girls and we are both 16 years old. We live in a town
called Akranes. We play football (soccer) and really enjoy it. We go to a
school named Grundaskóli but this is our last year here. Akranes is not a
big town but is knowned for it's interest in football and it's big fish
factorie.
Helga: Helga has got light brown hair and green eyes. She is 169cm tall and
49kg. She is in the Icelandic under 17 girls team in football and is very
good at playing football and other sports. She's got a boyfriend who is 19
years old and his name is Jón but his nick name is Nonni. She's got two
older brothers they'r names are Gauti, he is 22 yeasr old, and Bjarki who
is 20 years old.
Marella: Marella has got dark hair and gray-blue eyes. She's 165cm tall end
51kg. She plays football and is a goalkeeper. She's got a boyfriend who
lives in Reykjavík and is 16 years old. His name is Tómas and his nick name
is Tommi. She's got three older sisters and one older brother. They are:
Dódó, 29 years old, Íris, 28, Helgi 25 and Helena 19.

Grandmothers are so sweet, they would do anything for their grandchild.
I
think that every woman looks forvard to beeing a grandmother because
then
you don´t have to have the child every day, like when you're a mom, you
can
get the child for a day and then just return it :)
Grandmothers are always worried, worried about that you don´t eat enough
and
stuff like that. Every grandmother is a good cook so every time you go
visit
your grandmother se bakes for you or gives you good food :) you never go
from her hungry, that's fore sure.

What makes my grandmother special is how nice she is with everyone. She has
always something good to eat when I come. That is just what makes her and
other grandmothers special.

Hi!! We are two girls. We are both 16 years old and we both pracktise
football. We are doing a prodject in our school which is that we´re doing
her "Grandmother and me". Our teacher sais that we should write something
about ourselfs, so here comes something about us.
We live in Iceland, in a town named Akranes. We are in Grundaskóli.
Vigdís pracktise football, fittness and athleticks. Tinna pracktise
football, fittness and gymnastiks. Vigdís have a boyfriend, he is 18 years
old and his name is Hjálmur. They have been togeather for 1 and a half
year, and they are very happy. Vigdís has got one older brother and one
older sister, her brother is 27 years old and her sister is 21 years old.
Tinna has got two younger brothers, 11 and 6 years old. She have a
boyfriend, his name is Hrannar and he is 19 years old. She once lived in
Norway when she was little and she speaks the language very well..
Whell..the time is up, and we´re going home now... bye, bye :)

That what makes grandmothers special is that you always get a candy when you
go to visit them. You also, always get a great birthday present from your
grandmother, and they never nag at you they are always so sweet and good.
