TODAY I will teach you how to cook PHALECHE , first you need to get maize flower, water and salt . Boil the water and as soon as it starts boiling ad the maize and a pinch or three of salt depending on the size of your pot , ster it untill it gets a bit to hard to mix anymore . Once it is thick and hard to mix it will be ready , you may now eat . I recommend it with chicken soup and meat .
