"...no, I won't tell you. It's a surprise!"

We were in a place that was similar to a spaceship and our grandmother told us that it was a time machine. Suddenly she pressed a red button and when we opened our eyes we were in 1950. We started to walk and we met Mr. Bush, an inventor, and he told us that he was working on something special for the world. We asked him what it was? And he answered:

"It’s something that I’m going to call " BAKELITE TELEVISION SET, it's cheaper."

After talking and talking about his fantastic and marvellous invention we continued walking and we met the inventor of the Sunbeam Mixmaster, the first blender, that invention was great too.

After that, we saw something strange: women were wearing long and horrible dresses and my grandma was wearing one of them too.

We got into a shop and there was...MARILYN MONROE! She invited us to go to Hollywood but grandma said: "Sorry, it’s time to go somewhere else" We said: "Goodbye Marilyn, we will see you in the films".

I wondered where she would take me....
