Hello from Wilmington, North CarolinaWe were in the news last month because of Hurricane Floyd so you may have heard about us. It was our 4th hurricane in the last 3 years! We
are students in the sixth grade at Noble Middle School. We enjoy just about everything that everyone else has already metioned in their intros. We are looking forward to hear about everyones special place. Our project will describe either The Battleship North Carolina which is permanantly moored in downtown Wilmington or Masonboro Islandan unspoiled island right off the coast . We would prefer Masonboro Island but we are not sure if our teacher can arrange for all of us to visit.
