Our project announcements should be sent to TRANTEAM for translations into
various languages *before* they are announced on KIDLINK and KIDPROJ. Our
TRANTEAM Liaison will do this task.
I will forward new project announcements
to our Liaison who will then coordinate with TRANTEAM to see that translations
are made and sent across the language lists.
