KIDPROJ Help Desk Description

I will send to the volunteer who takes this position the messages from people who write to me and need a "hand to hold" through a particular problem while using KIDPROJ.

One teacher recently subscibed to KIDPROJ, got confirmation, but then wasn't able to send successfully to the list. She was very frustrated. Her mail configuration apparently was not set up properly and no one could reply to her using the reply address given. The listserv put her on watch and then eventually deleted her account because of all the bounces. A FAQ file might have been helpful but she needed a personal reply to ease the frustration.
