Multi-cultural Recipe Book
RICE Dessert

We come from Denmark. We give you a Danish
recipe.
You eat the rice decert on chrismas evening. Your put a holl almonde in the decert and if you get it your get pressent.

4-6 personsass:
1 dl.wather
60grams rice for porridge
4 dl. Milk
¿ bidsel vanile
1-2 spun sugaur
10 peal hacked almond
3 dl double cream

Accessories:
cherry sauce

First you put the rice in hot water and let it boil for 2 minutes. Containing milk and vanilla under hard stir. Then put a cover on and let it be cold. Whip the double cream and put it in the porridge.Then put the hacked almond and sugar in it, and stir.
