| Dream Cookies!!
75 g butter 1 =BD cup sugar 3 teasoons vanilla sugar 2 =BD dl sifted all-purpose flour =BD teaspoon ammonim carbonate Preheat oven to 150 =B0C (300=B0F) cream the butter,sugar and anilla sugar till light and fluffy. Add the flour mixed with ammonium carbonate .bled well. Shape the dough into small balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes. The cookies should be very pale and have a cracked surface. Makes 40-50. This is a Swedish recipe!! Take a dream cookie to your cafebreak :-) Caroline Palm |
