Baked Apples 4 servings
6-8 apples
2 tbs sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs butter
To serve:
custard sauce Rinse the apples and peel them (optional). Core them
with an apple corer. Place the apples in a buttered ovenproof dish. Mix sugar
and cinnamon .Fill a nut of butter on each apple. Bake the apples in a 225 c /
400 f oven until just tender, 20-30 min. Serve warm with custard sauce.
This is a dessert from Sweden and we eat it most in autumn when we
reaps. |
