IDRIJSKI ZLINKROFI

My name is Sara, I'm 14 years old. I come from Europe Slovenia. I have written a recipe from my grandmother's childhood. "IDRIJSKI ZLINKROFI"

- INGREDIENTS

? 2 eggs
? some water
? 30 dag butter

filing:

? ? kg potatoes
? 5 g butter
? some parsley
? salt and pepper
? 2 eggs
? 2 handfuls crumbs
? lard

- INSTRUCTIONS

? Put the flour, the water and the eggs into a bowl and mix them. Make the pastry.
? Peel the potatoes and slice them. Mix the potatoes.
? Put the mixed potatoes in a saucepan with some water and a bit of salt and boil them.
? Put the mashed potatoes, the parsley, the eggs and some crumbs into a bowl and mix them. So you make a filing.
? With this filling you make little balls and put them into the pastry.
? Squeeze the brims of the zlinkrofi with your fingers. ? Put the zlinkrofi into a saucepan with some salted water and boil them for about 45 minutes.

My grandmother likes zlinkrofi very much, because when she was a child she got zlinkrofin if she was very very good. Bon apetit !!! Sara Ancnik
