ZGANCI

My name is Sara, I'm 14 years old. I come from Europe Slovenia. I have written recipe from my grandmother's childhood. ZGANCI -

INGREDIENTS

? ? kg flour
? 1 l salted boiling water
? 5 dag butter
? 5 dag scraps

- INSTRUCTIONS

? Put the flour into a saucepan and boil it for 10 minutes, then pierce the flour and boil it for another 20 minutes.
? Pour off some water then add some butter.
? Mix the flour with some water. Zganci mustn't be too wet or too dry. They should be something in the middle.
? Add some lard at the end.

When my grandmother was a child, she ate zganci every Sunday. Sara Ancnik
