POTATOE BOATS

Ingredients:

2 big potatoes
50g grated cheese
50g ham
50g butter
30g cheese

Instructions:

1. Wash the potatoes. Put them in a dish and in the oven (200 C) Bake them for 75 minutes.
2. Cut the potatoes in two pieces. Scoop out the inside part of the potatoes. Put the scooped part, the butter and the grated cheese into a bowl and mix the ingredients with a fork.
3. Fill the potatoes with the mixture. Put them in a dish and bake them for about 15 minutes.
4. Decorate them with the, cheese, the ham,. Baked potatoes are our country's traditional food. Because they were easy to make and cheep (you need just a few potatoes) shepherds made them for a long time. They ate them instead of lunch, because they didn't have much to eat.

My recipe is a little different. These potatoes are better, because of the ham, cheese and butter. Jan BRULC
