CHEESE POCKETS

Hi, I'm Jan Brulc. I was borned and I live in Slovenia. I'm 14 years of age.

Ingredients:

250g margarine (not butter)
250g curd
250g flour
1 egg jam

Instructions:

1. Use the back of a table spoon to rub the curd through a sieve into a bowl.
2. Mix the curd with the egg and the margarine.
3. Add the flour and whisk the mixture.
4. Put the mixture into a fridge and keep it there for 30 minutes.
5. Make square cakes.
6. Put the jam in the middle and fold the squares.
7. Put them in a baking tin and into the oven (200 C)
8. Bake them for 20 minutes.
9. When they are done, cover them with sugar.

Cheese pockets are easy to make cookies. Plus they are very good. They don't have any tradition, but I wrote the recipe, because it wasn't published yet on KIDLINK net.

A small secret: Eat the cookies when they are hot. Jan BRULC
