Carrot Casserole
David Humphrey, grade 7 Social, 12
years old. Redcliff - Alberta - Canada. My teachers name is Terran
Kromm.
Carrot Casserole
3-large eggs
2 cups- Mashed carrots
1 cup-milk
1/4cup- butter
1/3cup- finely chopped onion
1 tsp. - salt
1/2 tsp. - pepper
1 cup- bread crumbs
Beat eggs in bowl until frothy. Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Add
bread crumbs. Stir until blended. Pack into ungreased 2 quart casserole.
Bake......uncovered......in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
This makes enough for 8 people.
This is a recipe my mom always makes after the carrots from our
garden are mature. It is really delicious, try it , youll like it.
