PANCAKES

PANCAKES

1-2 persons:

Ingredients:

1 dl wheat flour
1 dl milk
1 spice spoon salt
1 egg 1 dl milk

For the frying: Margarine or butter

Directions:

1. Beat the wheat flour and milk until the mixture is smooth.

2. Add the salt, the egg and the milk and mix.

3. Heat the frying pan slowly, with a little fat to begine with.

4. Pour some batter in the middle of the pan, twist the pan carefully from side to side so that the batter spreads out evenly; when it is no longer liquid, turn the pancake using a spatula.

5. Serve with jam and (whipped cream). Pancakes often serves on Thursdays after having pea soup. --

Hi, Ecxuse me, I forgot to tell that PANCAKES after having pea soup is a SWEDISH TRADITION.
