We think after Easter it's time to have some tea and something for
tea. So we have here two new recipes.

BIRCH LOG CAKE

Ingredients:
8 eggs,
250 gr of flour,
200 gr of sugar,
1/2 tea spoon of baking powder,
250 gr of jam
200 gr of whipped cream
1 tea spoon of cocoa
2 tea spoons of water

Instructions: to make dough you need to mix egg and sugar together.
Add flour and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a square-shaped
baking sheet and put it into the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
Then take the cake out of the oven and put the jam over it. Make the
roll and cut it edges. Cover the roll with the whipped cream. Mix
cocoa with hot water. Using a wooden stick draw dark lines on the
surface of the cake to make it look like a birch log. Put the cake
into the fridge for 1 hour.
