
Ingredients

kg spinach ,

g flour ,

g lard ,
100
g bacon ,

small onion ,

clove of garlic

g breadcrumbs
200
g Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Wash
the spinach carefully, cook in boiling water, drain and squeeze out excess water . Chop
finely .
Meanwhile
prepare the dough whit the flour , lard , water and salt .
Form
a ball and live to chill in the fridge for half an hour.
Clean
and chop the onion and garlic and cook to gather
With
the bacon . Add the cooked spinach and cook together for a few minutes . Remove from heat
, add the breadcrumbs , cheese , eggs and salt .
Remove
the dough from the fridge , divide into two halves and roll out two sheets about 1 cm
thick .
Grease
a pie dish and cover the bottom with one of the pastry sheets . Place the filling on top
and cover with the remaining sheet . Prick the surface with a fork and cook at a low heat
( 160 ° c) for about half an hour. Serve hot or cold .
