Outdoor Games

Wanted - Games for
Playing Outdoors

April 21 - May 16, 1997

Please write step by step rules for playing a kids' game common to your place in the world.

The rules should be clearly written so that a kid can teach other kids how to play.

Please include any rhymes or songs that go with the games.

Games need to be for groups of about 5-15 kids.

Tell us why this game is fun and why we should learn to play it.

This project will run for the next four weeks.

Date: Sun, 27 Apr 1997

Dear all,

Some great games have been received and there are more coming from Denmark in the next couple of days. Please send your rules for outdoor games in the next two weeks. I will be using them for a field day for 150 kids who have been involved in a special project in Connecticut called Beyond Boundaries. These kids are not KidLinkers but this will be a great way to introduce them to KidLink by using your games.

Looking forward to more games!
