Oberstufe Lindenbueel, Volketswil: Intro
We are students at the last year at school who like to write texts
to others.
Next year we will work in different jobs, that we are actually searching
for.
It's not easy for us but we hope, that everybody will find something.
Till then we spend a lot of time with listening music, talking to each
other and have a good time at school. Therefore we have to work with our
teachers who are different every one. This year we had the possibility
to choose some of our lessons ourselves, so the whole class is not together
all the time.
We participate at that project as a group of students of several classes
and we wonder about the news we will read.
Our village is called Volketswil. It's not far away from Zurich which
is the biggest town in Switzerland. We are speaking german (that means
swiss-german, it's a dialekt that german usually don't understand), are
learning french (which is the second language in Switzerland) and of course
english. Because we are not very good yet, our teacher M. Egli promised
us to translate, if we wouldn't understand. Also this text is translated
by him.
In a few weeks there will be snow here and we certainly will spend time
in skiing and snowboarding up in the mountain that are called alps. Our
School organises a week in Davos for volonteers only, where we can spend
every day in the snow.
