       Hi Fellow Newshounds,
We're going to give you an idea about life on this exotic island. Cows are an important part of Guernsey they produce rich creamy milk. The cows are usually brown and white.Flowers: At Princess Diana's Funeral Guernsey sent over lots of Guernsey flowers. A type of flower that Guernsey grows are Guernsey lilies. Liberation day: On May the 9 when we celebrate the end of the German Occupation from about 53 years ago.
Sometimes we decorate the island in blue , red and white.

Our school was built in 1909. Castel School is made of Guernsey Granite. Our classroom leaks when it rains all along the wall! We share laptops one between two, which we have done this letter on (The other classes are jealous!)

Hi!, this is Ben, Arrian, David, Jamie, and Tom. We all like football and we are all in the football team for the school. Are class is very sexest. We always have arguments about slightest things like if one of the boys or girls drops a pencil or does  something wrong. Soon we are having a debate about girls being better than boys or the other way around. The last time we had a court case it was about Arrian, our Shop Steward, because he had to tell the teacher when it was playtime or lunch, and he was late. The girls wanted to sack him so we had a trial with a Counsel for the Defense and one for the Prosecution. In the end he was found not guilty!

Lately we have been listening to the national news. The main headlines we have been following are:-
El Nino, the woman that got eaten by a hyena in Israel and all the people that were killed in Egypt. How is El Nino affecting you, is it good or bad for you ?

Recently we have had a  Buddhist monk telling us about his religion and we prepared and had  lunch with him. Sadly most of our news is bad but we hope for better news in the future, particularly on December 2nd.

This is 6JB (aged 10-11years) signing off.
