In my family on Christmas Eve we all gather at my Aunts house in Oklahoma. First we eat a 3 course meal and talk about the season. Then all the Kids in the family make a wish list for "Santa". Then After that the whole family sits in a circle and has an chinese auction we all get neat gifts.The last thing that happens is the kids get to open one present and then we have to go to bed.
