24 December

Christmas food

You eat Christmas food. There's a lot of food. There is different sorts of herring, small sausages, Christmas sausages, meatballs, liver pate, beetroot, brawn onions. You eat a lot of ham at Christmas. Then you eat stockfish (boiled ling) with a strong mustard sauce. We always eat rice porridge with fruitsauce. You can hide an almond in the porridge. The one who gets the almond gets married. And we eat a lot of sweets and cookies.
