Before Christmas
You do a lot of cleaning and tidying up before Christmas. Everybode put Christmas candles all around and you put a Christmas star in your window. Some build a christmas manger in their house. Before Christmas you bake a lot. You bake "lusse katter" a kind of buns that look like cats and are made with saffron and raisins. Close to Christmas you take in the Christmas tree. You decorate the tree with lights and many colored balls and lots of other things. We hide the Christmas presents so that people can't find them. A day before Christmas Eve we put them under the Christmas tree.
