OUR CHRISTMAS TRADITIONS....
Around December 13th we celebrate ST. LUCIA, the Saint of Light - in our country December is the darkest of all months, and in the Northern part of Norway, people can't see the sun for a couple of monts. At school and at home we also have a Christmas calendar with small presents in. One student is chosen to get a present every day in December. We also have a special day in December when we make Christmas decorations. This year we are going to make Santa Claus- figures in different materials and shapes. During this workshop we are going to cook rice-porridge which we'll have for lunch.
