SHROVE TUESDAY
In Italy we celebrate "SHROVE TUESDAY" that is the last day of carnival because then Lent begins . On this day we go to school and celebrate together with music and typical sweets. In the evening adults go out and have fun drinking, eating, dancing together. The typical sweet is "SFRAPPOLE" that is thin fried sweet layer with sugar on it and a lot of other fried sweets.
