Christmas Eve // Noche Buena - Guatemala

CHRISTMAS
The 24th of December we celebrate Christmas here in Guatemala. We give the presents at 12:00 evening and we pray and then we open the presents and we eat turkey and"tamales". The "tamales" are originated of Guatemala and they are made of cooked corn and rice dough which has in it chicken and olives "achoite" <strong red organic ingredients>.
