Greetings from the Centennial State!
We are a fourth and fifth grade class with 12 girls and 15 boys from Shawsheen Elementary in Greeley, CO. Our school is named after an Indian Princess. Our teacher is Mrs. Johns. There are 568 students at Shawsheen from preschool through grade 5.
Greeley has about 50,000 people, and we live within an hour of the Rocky Mountains. Our city is about 50 miles north of Denver and is an agricultural community. The University of Northern Colorado is located here. They are the back to back NCAA Division II National Football Champions. Go Bears!!!!
UNC is also the summer training camp for the Denver Broncos.
We're really excited to hear from all of you!
