Dear Landmark Participants,

We are a sixth grade class from Maplewood Middle School in Sulphur, Louisiana. We are an academically gifted social studies class of six students. Sulphur is in the southwest section of Louisiana. We are about 30 miles from Texas and 30 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.

Maplewood is a school of 1,300 students from grades Pre K - 8 grade. Our school mascot is the comet. You can visit our classroom web page at the address listed below.
