Hello Landmarkers
We are a group of sixteen students, seven boys and nine girls, from Barcelona. We are studying 7th grade at IES Parc de L'Escorxador. Our school is quite big. There are 800 students from twelve to eighteen. We've got a small computer room but we will manage to do our best. Our English is not brilliant but we have great translators in our class and there are many students who want to help us in the game.
Barcelona is in Catalonia. Cataloonia is a "Comunidad Autónoma" in Spain. We have our own president and we have two official languages, Spanish and Catalan which we study at school and also English.
We are very excited in participating in the game. We have maps and CDs and world atlas prepared to start to guessing landmarks.
We hope they will not be very difficult. Our geography teacher is very happy to have this subject because he can help, not very much with English but ...
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Crédito variable 2 from IES PARC DE L'ESCORXADOR
Our teacher's name is Carmen Fonseca
