Ask questions, find answers and express your opinions about growing up at the turn of the 21st century. You are not ALONE in your feelings, ideas and beliefs, even though you sometimes feel that way. Share your experiences with friends from around the world.
PURPOSE:
Young people from around the world will share their personal thoughts, feelings, and dreams via an online journal, compare experiences, ask each other questions and discover commonalities.
ACTIVITIES:
Every 2 weeks a new social issues topic will be raised (drugs, violence, family, racism, etc). The topic will be posted on KIDPROJECT. There will be a brief description telling a bit about the topic. Select the topics you wish to write about in your online journal. It is not necessary that you write on each topic. There is no deadline date for any topic.
Please send your journal writings to: kidproj@listserv.nodak.edu. Please put "Journal" in the subject line of your responses.
If for some reason you have trouble getting them posted, feel free to send them directly to me, and I will make sure they get posted. dbuccola@essex1.com
Topics that may be discussed. (Subject to change)
Please come and participate with your friends from around the world. See how much we have in common, no matter where we live in the world. Again, your responses will be put on the Internet!
OBJECTIVES:
In order to participate, students must answer
the four KIDLINK questions:
