Hello, we are class 15 from Manor Park Primary School, Coventry,
England.  Coventry is in the middle of England , so the area is
called the Midlands. Coventry is famous for the Legend of Lady
Godiva, who rode naked through the streets of Coventry in medieval
times so that the people wouldn't have to pay such large taxes.
It also used to be a city well known for making cars.
Our class are aged 8 years to 10 years old. School starts at 5 to
9  and ends at half past 3. We come to school Monday to Friday.
At dinner  time  we   have  1 hour   15 minutes.
Our school emblem is a falcon, which is on our school jumpers
and  in brick on the wall at the front of the school.

Our school uniform is a green jumper, a white  shirt and a grey
skirt in winter. In summer we wear a green and white checked dress
for the girls. For the boys -grey trousers or shorts. There are 32
children in our class. We have five playgrounds as we have a large
school with over 500 children in it.
We will describe a local pond area to you as our project.
