LETTER OF INTRODUCTION
Jeanne Sauve French Immersion School, London, Ontario, Canada
Salut!
:) :) :)
A Hello from Jeanne Sauvé School
* J
Jeanne Sauvé is the name of our school. Our school is located at 127
Sherwood Forest Square, London, Ontario, Canada. Our school is very
different: our school is made out of portables.
Michelle and Jeffery
* E
École Jeanne Sauvé is named after Jeanne Sauvé. She was a Governor General
of Canada. She visited our school on May 29,1989, our school opening.

As always, our school motto is relever le défi. In English that would mean
“take up the challenge”. Our school has three colours: red, grey and black.
In fact, we like grey so much, we painted our school with it! Our school
mascot is a big black Jaguar; his picture is on the walls of our school.

Never enough fun raisers to help the children in need? We have UNICEF,
school fairs, and many other projects to help children in need -- here in
London, and around the world. We also have a corn roast each year to
raise money for school supplies.
Sam and Rachel.

Every day at Jeanne Sauvé we recycle paper to save trees. When necessary,
we use scrap paper, too. We recycle pop cans and glass. We pick up garbage
around the school.
Adam and Trevor

Sauvé is cool -- from the students to our teachers. Our class is very neat.
How's yours? How's your school? David A & Josh C

Et c'est tout. Nous sommes très contents de participer au projet "through
our eyes". We are very happy to be part of the project, "through our eyes".
