PreWriting
We have discussed the project and together, we have decided to write to you
from Peace Mound Park. This is a park in Weston that was originally settled
by the Tequesta Indians. There are many authentic replicas of things that
are on display at the park. There have been findings also made there that
date back to the Tequesta Indians. This is the furthest inland that there
have been traces that the Tequestas lived here.
