Letter of Introduction
Hello, go=EAie m=F4re, molweni
We are from Wynberg, nestled at the foot of Table Mountain, in the
beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. We attend Springfield
Convent Senior School (which has just turned 125 years old). We are
the Std 8 (2) class and we are Wendy, Helen, Marcelle, Elizabeth,
Rhonwyn, Catherine, Nichola H, Jemma, Nicocla K, Frances, Nicole, Kate,
Janine M, Claire, Nadia, Jane, Janine R, Nicola S, Claudia, Lisa,
Tamara, Karen, Rosemary, Cindy, Abongile, Nina, Maryanne, Joanne and
Megan. Yes, we have three Nicola's and two Janine's!
Cape Town is known for its abundance of lovely women and wonderful
natural scenery. We have a vaguely Mediterranean climate, with
winter rainfuall and sizzling hot summers. Cape Town is a very large
city (of almost three million people) with plenty of highly developed
commercial areas, especially the V & A Waterfront.
The ancient love story between the sea and its mountain illustrates
Cape Town's beauty, proving that Cape Town IS the "fairest cape in
the world".
