Letter of Introduction

Greetings From Lone Rock School! We are 5th grade students at Lone Rock School. Lone Rock is located about 10 miles northeast of Stevensville, Montana which is 30 miles south of Missoula, Montana. Our school is a rural school that serves grades Kindergarten through 6th grade. We Have 19 students in our class - 7 girls and 12 boys. We live in the Bitterroot Valley and we have mountain ranges to the east and west of our school. We have already had our first snow in the mountains this fall. We like to play sports, ride horses, work on machines, do neat projects in school, use computers, play with our pets, ride recreational vehicles, go snorkling and swimming. We also enjoy our weekends with no school. Our weather is hot and dry in the summer. In the winter our weather is very cold with lots of snow. We're looking forward to hearing from all the schools.
