MIND WARP; Out of Time
By: Chris Archer
Review by Sarah FedericoI would definatly recomend this book to any young adult who likes to read
science-fiction books. I selected this book because of a couple of
reasons, one is because I like these fiction books about the aliens and
different kinds of adventures about kids. They characters in this book
would be just like every other kid, except for the fact that when they
turned 13 they got super human powers, and had gottan sylver blood, because
they aren't human. This book moves along at a good pace so that you aren't
stuck in one spot, but also are not wondering where you are in the middle
of the book. The cover is definatly attractive, and there are cool
illustrations on it, but there are no pictures in this book, I feel that
the words in this book are at a good level for someone my age. My favorite
part in the story was when Todd was just finding out that he had these
powers and could use them and finding out the truth about his life, and
what exactly he didn't know. Toni was my favorite character because she
didn't get scared and was the hero. This book takes place in Metior
Wicconsin, which is a very quiet town where nothing great ever happens. I
would definatly recomend this book to anyone who is aged 10 to 14 and I
will try to read some of the other books in this series. If I were to
persuade someone to read this book I would tell them all of the exciting
things that happen to these kids our own age.
