name: Bruce Smith
book: The Waitress
This book was well writen. It's info was well put and out front except for the mystery. It is easy to red at a 7'th grade level. My favorite part was when The manager of the store locked the main character in the freezer. The setting is very believable and i believe it could happen any where in america. THere is a lot of action so i guess people can say it moves along quickly. If you know how to read at a 7'th grade level than it is easy and words are not hard. THe cover really atytracted be to this book and that is why decided to read it. Many parts surprized. This is a great book and you should really read it.

Steve Young, staying in the pocket! This is a great book FOR 49ERS FANS. This book tells you things you never even knew about the guy. I couldn't put it down. This has great detail in many ways. Not only about football but his life. This has been one of the best books or should I say best biographies I have read. I have read it 2 times and I think Iam goin to read it again. If you have a chance to read this book then I suggest you do it. Because it help you learn many things not only about foot ball but about other things too! Steve Young has influenced my life and if you read this well written book then I think he will do the same for you too.
I picted the book The Lost Boy because I read the first book of the two and the first book left me hanging. My favorite part was when David was brought away from his family to a foster home. This was my favorite part because David was being mentaly and physicaly hurt by his mother four many years and now someone takes him away. David and his mother are kind of unbeleiveable because David has taken alot of violence that I think would kill a person. Davids mother was more like a devil than a person, she did anything and every thing to her son. Action moves along slowly in this book because there is so much of it. Most of the book is full of difficult words that are challenging. The cover is not really like how the story flows. Many parts in the book surprised me like when David got stabbed and what his mother said to him when Ms. Gold went into the other room. The events in this book have changed me alot. I respect my mother for loving me. The story takes place in some kind of city. The setting makes the story. I have read his other book and I liked it. I would recomend this book to a friend that has family problems.
Imagine an adventure to a world where dragons fly. On that world, the people are not ready to keep their fields from the cabon-devouring Threads. No one believes that Thread is coming except one faithful wing of dragonriders in the single understrength Weyr. Their suvival rests on the queen egg. Will that Weyr be able to protect the land and will the queen dragon be able to help repopulate enough to make a difference?
I selected this book because I love fantasy writing. My favorite part of the book is when you share the moment of Impression, when the dragon-queen links minds with her new rider at the hatching, with the new Weyrwoman.
These characters were create to make you interested and attentive. There was a lot about the book that suprised me, there were unexpected twists to this book that had me paying attention quickly. The cover hs a dragon on it, sort of how I would picture a dragon. I have read lots of other books in the series, and my favorite in The Dolfins of Pern. It makes me have a better imagination, because every time I read books like this, I gather new insights about things. I also tell my self I can write something like that, so I use my imagination more. All I can tell you is to READ THIS BOOK SERIES NOW!!!!!!!!Return to KIDPROJ Current Project Page
