If you want to unsubscribe you just send a message like the one in the picture below to listserv@listserv.nodak.edu UNSUB is the command, KIDCAFE-INDIVIDUAL is the list and Anders Andersson the person who wants to subscribe. You use your own name and the list you want to subscribe to. Observe that no text is written on the subject line and no signature is used.
