To draw is also a way of talking!

Have you ever tried to talk to someone who do not know your language, or to someone with redused hearing?  What do you do then?
Did you ever try to explain by drawing? That is; Illustrating. Also called Visualizing!  It can be both useful and fun!

In Kidlink you can train yourself in talking to the whole world using your Pictures :-)

ome symbols, Icons or Logos you meet in daily life are rather international - As for example symbols for Man, Woman, Direction (an arrow) -  .Would  YOU like to design new ones? More lively ones if possible? You might redesign a well known symbol - or design completely new ones  the way You like it

 SEE  ICONS Album HERE!!
And see Brazilian Students' ICON/Emoticon Project HERE!!

We need more Emoticons!
They are used in our Interactive areas - like KidCom Chat. They must be clear to see also when only 23 pixels high/broad.

Remember:

An Icon is like a poster, only VERY small, like a small stamp. Therefore it has to have few details. Lines must be clear and thick, so that they do not disappear when made smaller. You also can use contrast colors.
Do you want to make one?
We will collect all of them, and maybe your icon will be used on the KIDART  homepage or somewhere else on our Kidlink pages. Fun? Make one and send it:

Meet others with same interest as you ?
Would  you like to meet others to discuss your drawings with them?

Join Nicolo (Italy), and his Kidlink Artist friends In KidCom Chat Room.
Send him a KidMail about it

Nicolo will tell you what to do...
